Data Information Management System (DIMS)

The Mobile Bay National Estuary Program, in conjunction with the Dauphin Island Sea Lab, has created a Data Information Management System (DIMS) for the purpose of creating a data repository for Coastal Alabama.  Currently these data are available online or through Dauphin Island Sea Lab - contact Lei Hu (251) 861-2141for more information.

Real-Time Environmental Monitoring: Continuous Mobile Bay monitoring for meteorological and hydrographic conditions are available for three locations: Dauphin Island, Weeks Bay, and Meaher State Park.
Delta Monitoring: Hydrographic data is continuously monitored at four stations throughout the Mobile Delta. Blakeley, Chocolatta, Tensaw, and Gravine data are time-delayed and available by contacting the Dauphin Island Sea Lab.
Volunteer Delta Monitoring: Hydrographic data is monitored by volunteers at various stations throughout the Mobile Delta. Data is not continuous and has not been reviewed for quality control. It is available by contacting the Dauphin Island Sea Lab.

Air Deposition Monitoring Currently hosted by the National Atmospheric Deposition Program
