Technical Assistance and Capacity Building
The purpose of providing technical assistance and building community capacity is to enhance the skills of professionals and elected officials for better management of the resources of Alabama’s estuaries and coast. To support these efforts, the Mobile Bay National Estuary Program is committed to developing the tools and training necessary to improve the way our lands and waters are managed so protection, restoration, and conservation activities have the best possible chance of long-term health.
