Bethany has been a vital member of the Mobile Bay National Estuary Program since November 2016, initially serving as Program Administrator. In this multifaceted role, she managed a broad range of responsibilities related to technology and business operations, significantly contributing to the program’s overall efficiency. As administrator of the MBNEP project database, she played a key role in planning, developing, and implementing effective data management processes.

In January 2024, Bethany took on an expanded leadership role as Business and Grants Manager, a transition that reflects her commitment, expertise, and adaptability.

A graduate of the University of South Alabama, Bethany earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in 2011. Outside of work, she is deeply family-oriented and values spending time with her loved ones, especially her nieces and nephew. She enjoys outdoor activities such as ATV riding, beach trips, and attending sporting events. A dedicated Auburn football fan, she proudly cheers “War Eagle” during every game. Bethany shares her home in West Mobile with her two beloved pets—Yoshi, a dachshund, and Baylee, a tabby cat—who bring joy and companionship to her daily life.
